Driving home from The Amazing Spiderman, I was pondering how “cool” the new Flash Thompson is, for a bully. Then I was thinking about the old Flash Thompson. Then………. you guys…..
NUMBER 1: If his cancer was that severe, it would be incredibly obvious that he was suffering from it. Cancer isn’t a sudden thing. You would know for some time, even in the fastest cancers, that he was suffering. Unless she is just that unobservant.
NUMBER 2: Why is his coffin in his house? I mean, I suppose it’s a home viewing, but she would certainly see people in the house for that long before
she saw the coffin. Unless this is Louisiana and the coffin is on the porch.
NUMBER 3: When is the turn around that fast that he would be in the coffin the day after he died. Even if he died 5 minutes after he told her to last a day, and was immediately found and rushed to a funeral home, that takes
time. He wouldn’t just be in the coffin right away. Unless he is a vampire.
So really, this isn’t romantic, it’s just a scene from TRUE BLOOD.
